In case anyone doesn't recognize it, this is a quote from Monty Python's The Meaning of Life. In a section of the film called "Live Organ Transplants," since Mr. Brown has signed an organ-donar card, technicians show up to take his liver, killing him in the process. One of them (played by John Cleese) then tries to convince Mrs. Brown (played by Terry Jones) to date him. When she doesn't show any interest, he asks her if she wants to donate her liver.
