You may find yourself surprised.
--Link-->This is the release version of the new forum.<--Link-- I will be upgrading this forum sometime this week.
There are 2 styles to choose from. The standard subSilver which is quite simular to what we have here, and another that is red/pink in nature.
In the user control panel, you can place your birthdate. If you leave the year blank, it won't show your age. This new forum software brings us into the 21st century. (code wise) and should be good for a very long time. I know you (and me too) don't like change, but this change is a necessary evil. It will take time for you to get used to it, but if you give it a chance, I think you'll find it works just fine.
This message is to forwarn you that I will be upgrading this week sometime so you aren't hit with a great big unexpected surprise.

Will that wipe out the new posts on the beta version? There was some funny stuff over there.

Unfortunately, all the new posts there are gone. Sorry about that. I was going to backup the database and totally forgot.
There was too much excitement over it actually being released.

I like this color format. Not a big fan of pink or red/pink.

I had to go look up what "this" color theme was.
You are using subsilver. The subSilver2 style will be the default style for the new look. You would have to pick the red/pink style from within your user control panel.

Actually I haven't seen the Red/Pink theme. While I'm partial to the color red I usually judge the way the screen rests on my eyes before deciding.
My THANK GAWD was not for the color scheme but in that PINK is feminine and should Falwell still be alive he'd think we're a bunch of screaming gays and try to have us shut down. I mean, anyone who can see homosexuality in a blue (whateverthey'recalled) TeleTubbies has/had an obviously over active imagination.

And here I was thinking you didn't like the blue and prefered the red.

Oh, by the by yesterday I couldn't get mine to turn Pink and Red except for one border near the bottom of the page. I'll try again later.

I just complained that all the skin choices were some shade of blue, so he created one that wasn't.

WHAT!

You mean you didn't KNOW what color I was using?
Yep......the subsilver whatever.....
I wont be going to that other color. Red does hurt my eyes and pink makes my stomach go: ewwwww

I wonder if the xProdigy BB will be going through this same upgrade shortly?
(Since it's using the safe software package.)
